Education Cards to Be Issued Similar to Health Cards
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sardar Ali Amin Gandapur has announced that 40,000 children will initially benefit from the decision for Education Cards to Be Issued Similar to Health Cards. Through education cards, children will be able to get free admission to private registered schools. Initially, education cards will be issued in 9 backward districts of the province which will be extended to other districts later.
The children of these nine districts who are enrolled in government schools under the education card will also get a stipend of one thousand rupees per month. Free textbooks, educational scholarships, and all other facilities already available will also be combined under the education card. So that poor students can register themselves in this program and continue their education by receiving monthly scholarships under this program.

In Which Districts Will the Education Card Issued?

Under the education card, stipends of 500 rupees per month will also be given to girls of sixth to tenth grade already studying in all government schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. About five and a half lakh girls in the province will benefit from the monthly educational scholarships.
