The government of Pakistan has launched a Himmat Card For Special Persons. The Punjab government is taking the best steps to provide relief to disabled people. Quarterly stipends will be provided to special people under the Himmat Card, which will help them meet their medical and basic needs.
The main purpose of this card is to enable disabled people to live independently so that they can live an independent life out of the feeling of inferiority. The government of Pakistan has also started various projects to provide loans to disabled people. People who have the power to do business despite their disability get a loan and start their new business. Who Is Eligible For Himmat Card
Special eligibility criteria have been set for the issuance of Himmat Cards to special persons. The disabled persons who meet this benefit.
- Disabled persons have been selected for Hemat Card who have a disability certificate from the Department of Social Welfare, Punjab.
- Persons who cannot earn a livelihood as per the disability certificate. This card is provided to them.
- People with disabilities who do not do any government or non-government jobs. They can get the benefits of a courage card.
- People with disabilities who are not receiving financial assistance from any government scheme can also get the benefits of this card.
- People with disabilities who have BISP’s required poverty score of 35 can get a Himmat Card.

Registration Of Himmat Card For Special Person
Registration of special persons for Hemat Card has started from May 2. In which disabled people are actively participating. Registered ineligible disabled persons are invited to correct their details. Under the Himmat Card, scholarships will provided only to those persons who have completed their registration process.
Persons with disabilities who are deprived of registration will not be able to get this card. Quarterly stipends of Rs 7500 will be provided to disabled persons through this card.
These scholarships will be provided in case of failing the eligibility criteria after registration. Persons with disabilities can get their registration done, or get their information corrected, by visiting the District Officer Social Welfare. Those who have been declared ineligible despite registration should update their information. So that after assessing their eligibility, they can provided with quarterly assistance regularly.

The Punjab government has provided helpline number 1312 for the Himmat card. From this helpline number, you can get all the best and most accurate information about Up Himat Card. There is no difficulty in contacting him.
The time to contact the helpline has been fixed from 8 am to 4 pm. You will be able to contact them on this number during the hours. If you call this helpline after the specified time, you will disconnected.
Remember that this Hemat card is designed only for disabled people. All disabled persons belonging to Punjab only can get this courage card. Persons with disabilities belonging to other provinces have been declared ineligible for this.
