KPK Government Announces Affordable Housing for Employees with Minimal Installments. Houses will be provided in easy installments to these government employees, who are government employees from grade 1 to 22. The membership fee is 30 thousand and the monthly installment is fixed at only 5 thousand rupees.
The deserving families have given a membership fee of 45,000 for a 6-marla plot and 60,000 for a 10-marla plot. Government employees will register with official documents for registration, the official document states that the membership fee for one canal plot will be 150 thousand. Five marla plots will allotted to the employees in grades one to seven and seven marla plots will allotted to government employees in grades eight to 12.
Establishment of Housing Foundation
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has provided the best facilities for government employees. According to the document, the membership fee of five marla plots has increased to 30,000 so that government employees will be able to get a house easily. Similarly, 10 phase plots will provided to the employees up to grade 16, housing foundation has set up to provide houses to government employees. An initial fund of Rs.10 crore has allocated for the Housing Foundation to provide better facilities to government employees.

These houses will be provided to government employees based on grade, government employees from grade one to 22 will be able to get this marle plot. Deserving families will get land from five marlas to one kanal easily.
Five marla plots will be provided to employees from grades one to seven, and government employees from grades eight to 12 will get a seven marla plot easily. Along with this, employees up to grade 16 will get a plot of 10 males, and employees above grade 17 will get one kanal plot.
The aim is for the government to cooperate with employees.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has decided to provide houses to government employees at easy monthly rates. Sources have said that after seeing the subject land for the project, the preparation of practical work has announced. The Government of Pakistan has announced that government employees will given plots of one kanal if their grade is above 17.
The government will provide 10 marla plots to government employees up to 16th grade and one kanal plots will be provided to employees above 17th grade. Along with providing houses to government employees, a housing foundation has been set up, an initial fund of Rs.20 crore has been released for the housing foundation.
