وزیر زراعت پنجاب سید عاشق حسین کرمانی کی زیر صدارت کمشنر آفس راولپنڈی میں گندم کی کاشت کے بارے میں جائزہ اجلاس ہوا۔وزیر زراعت پنجاب سید عاشق حسین کرمانی نےاجلاس کے شرکاء سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پنجاب میں گندم کی کاشت کا ہدف 1 کروڑ 65 لاکھ ایکڑ مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔وزیر اعلٰی پنجاب نے زیادہ رقبے پر گندم کاشت کرنے والے کاشتکاروں کے لیے اربوں روپے کا خصوصی انعامی پیکج دیا ہے۔ اس خصوصی پیکج کے تحت 1 ہزار ٹریکٹرز اور 1 ہزار لیزر لینڈ لیولرز بذریعہ قرعہ اندازی مفت فراہم کیے جائیں گے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہنا تھا کہ راولپنڈی ڈویژن کو گندم کی کاشت کا ہدف 14 لاکھ 91 ہزار ایکڑ دیا گیا ہے جس کے برعکس 15 لاکھ 3 ہزار ایکڑ سے زائد رقبہ پر گندم کاشت ہوچکی ہے۔راولپنڈی ڈویژن میں ہدف سے زائد رقبہ پر گندم کی کاشت ہوئی ہے۔ اب تک کسان کارڈ کے ذریعے 24 ارب روپے سے زائد ڈی اے پی کھاد کی خریداری ہوچکی ہے۔ڈی اے پی کے استعمال سے گندم کی پیداوار میں اضافہ ہوگا۔ وزیر اعلٰی پنجاب نے کسان کارڈ کی تعداد 5 لاکھ سے بڑھا کر ساڑھے 7 لاکھ کردی ہے۔ گندم اگاؤ مہم میں محکمہ زراعت پنجاب کے ساتھ ڈویژنل اور ضلعی انتظامیہ کا بھرپور تعاون حاصل ہے۔

وزیر زراعت پنجاب سید عاشق حسین کرمانی نے مزید کہا کہ 9500گرین ٹریکٹرز کی قرعہ اندازی کا عمل انتہائی شفاف طریقے سے مکمل ہوچکا ہے. جس پر 10 لاکھ روپے فی ٹریکٹر سبسڈی دی جارہی ہے۔ کاشتکاروں کو الاٹمنٹ لیٹرز جاری کردیئے گئے ہیں۔ کاشتکار اپنے حصے کی رقم بنک آف پنجاب کی قریبی برانچ میں 5 دسمبر تک جمع کرائیں۔ٹریکٹرز پہلے آئیں پہلے پائیں کی بنیاد پر ڈلیور کیے جائیں گے۔ زرعی یونیورسٹیوں کے طلباء و طالبات کوگندم اگاؤ مہم میں2 ہفتوں کے لیے مامور کیا گیا. جنہوں نے کاشتکاروں کوگندم کی کاشت کےبارے میں رہنمائی فراہم کی۔ وزیر اعلٰی پنجاب انٹرن شپ پروگرام کے تحت زرعی گریجوایٹس صوبہ میں فیلڈ سرگرمیوں میں مصروف عمل ہیں۔
