The Punjab Solar Scheme Of Roshan Gharana
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched The Punjab Solar Scheme Of Roshan Gharana for the deserving and poor people of Punjab. Under this scheme, solar systems will be provided to poor people who consume less than 100 units of electricity per month.
A budget of around 12 billion rupees has been estimated for the provision of solar systems. In the first phase of this scheme, solar systems will be distributed to about 50 thousand people. Especially the poor and deserving people living in slums will be able to benefit from this program.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that after the completion of the distribution process of the first phase, the second phase will also start soon. In the second phase, more and more people will be included. Under this scheme, special discounts will given to consumers who consume less than 100 units of electricity. The solar system will include modern solar panels, battery inverter, and all the equipment to install the solar system.

Eligibility Conditions For The Punjab Roshan Gharana Scheme
A few conditions have been laid down for the inclusion of people in the Punjab Roshan Gharana Scheme. These conditions must met.
- It is important to assess your eligibility before registering for this scheme.
- To be eligible for the Punjab Roshan Gharana scheme, the applicant must belong to Punjab.
- The applicant must have a valid National Identity Card with his permanent address related to Punjab.
- The applicant must have electricity bill proof for the last six months.
